This week I was deeply challenge to speak my truth with a friend and I also witnessed a number of people in a group that I was facilitating struggle with the same thing.
Speaking our truth is a courageous act that is not always easy - especially when we seek to remain in relationship. And sometimes it requires us to be uncool and speak it anyway so that we keep our beliefs and our actions aligned and avoid the internal resistance and dissonance that is created when we don't.
