Shifting from group process, to personal growth; from community to the individual; from the creative to the pragmatic; from social justice to self care; from the spiritual to scientific; from the professional to the personal.
This podcast is the integration of my wide ranging ideas and musical expression. This is my creatively inspired approach to blogging. Here, I invite you to consider a new muse and how it may be manifest in your life. I invite you to explore new music. I invite you to explore with me the intersections of work and play, labor and leisure, education and recreation, mind and body. You may find, like me, that they all follow the same path.
